A propos de ma bibliothèque

When a friend was starting up a used bookshop, I gave him approx. 2,000 of my Science Fiction and Modern Fantasy paperbacks. I also donate certain hardbound books to the village library every so often. As a result, my library is a somewhat fluid thing. In latter years I've taken to reading more on the Kindle, unless I know I must have a good copy of a particular book. I read the Rotherweird trilogy on the Kindle, for example, then went out and bought it in hard copy. I don't have room for more bookcases, so there are occasional purges with trips to the charity shops to keep the numbers down, but only of those books I know I'll never read again. Never the ones I need to keep near me for comfort. I'm sure you understand.
