- A propos de ma bibliothèque
- I have reduced my library by half so my catalog is out of date. I now have mostly english 19th and 20th century fiction, with some European, Latin American, Asian and African fiction. I have a lot of English and American poetry, and European,Latin American, Yiddish and Hebrew in dual language and translation. There is also literary criticsm, economics, political theory, biography, history and philosophy. I have a few hundred art books. I have come to love the modern Polish poets, but I cannot read Polish. I collect short story and poetry anthologies in dual language if possible.
- A propos de moi
- I am 88, widowed,a retired systems analyst/programmer and former art teacher. Product of the U of Chicago Great Books College in the 40's. Humanist, feminist, progressive and grandmother. I am giving my books away slowly.
