Time to think about our next two group reads. Please nominate up to two books and second as many books as you like. I'll close the nominations in about a week.

I would like to nominate If This Is a Man by Primo Levi and The Talented Mr. Ripley by Patricia Highsmith.

I nominate All Souls by Javier Marias and The Year of the Hare by Arto Paasilinna, since it's the Year of the Rabbit.

If this is a Man is an amazing book that I highly recommend. I'd second it but I've read it, and Ripley, before.

The Talented Mr Ripley has been seconded and will be our group read for March.

If anyone would like to second one of the other nominations we can make this our group read for April.

>alas I have read them all! I can't believe that nobody wants to read The Year of the Hare since it's the Year of the Rabbit. It's a very short book, too. Could race right through it.

>6 annamorphic: I will second The Year of the Hare. It is always handy to have a short book in the mix!
