I enjoy working with emerging and established authors since my retirement. I have edited two published books, made penpals of international authors by critiquing their work, and my current project is assisting an emerging author in plot and character development. I am a retired educator who was responsible for student achievement and curriculum in 7 school districts in east LA County. I have taught children and adults at every educational level - primary, secondary and post secondary and participated in school accreditations.

I am a life long learner with degrees in Human Development and Leadership. My passion for learning and my career in curriculum development has honed my research skills. I have life long interest in spiritualism, personal development, multiculturalism, history, science, anthropology, and many diverse topics related to human development.

I am also passionate and curious about the development of cultural and traditional food, nutrition and cooking. I have been an early reader and evaluator of cookbooks for recognized chefs and dietitians.

I am a Canadian married to a retired NASA scientist. We summer in Newfoundland Canada.
