Fascinating pieces on aspects of science and research prepared for the general reader. A good insight into the state of scientific general knowledge at the period. Very well written.
Religious dogma intrudes on what could have been an interesting exploration of the cosmos. It's almost repellent, as is; a curiosity, only.
