Laura Calder

I think I'm missing something here, I've made six recipes from this book and none of them have been very exciting and that's being generous. I like the concept of the book, the menu plans and really enjoy reading Laura's anecdotes before each recipe. I'm not crazy about recipes being inserted here and there that aren't part of the menu plan for that meal but to a point I get the rational. I have Laura's two previous books and have been really happy with them but this one seems to be lacking something. I haven't given up on it yet but I'm close.… (plus d'informations)
