Hi!
So, I may add a number of books to a list. And then some of the books that I've catalogued in my Collections show up under the "Your Books" tab. But some don't.
For example, in this list: https://www.librarything.com/list/45361/all/The-Story-of-the-World-History-for-t..., the book, https://www.librarything.com/work/72876 is included in one of my Collections. But it does not appear in the Your Books tab. I think this may have to do with some particular aspect of this Collection. But I can not figure it out.

>1 themulhern: You choose in which collection/s to put a book when adding it. A number of your books are only in 'always reading' collection. If you want anything you own to also be in 'your library', you can use power edit (lighting icon when viewing your catalogue) to add them all at once.

>2 SandraArdnas: So, I open the "Edit Collections" modal dialogue it shows me that some collection are represented by a blue folder and some by a brown one. Do only the brown collections count as my books for the purposes of the "Your Books" tab in the List view. I ask this, because a book that is just in my "Wishlist" collection does show up in the "Your Books" tab.

>3 themulhern: You mean the “Your Books” tab in the list, correct? Not in your catalog? Because I think that >2 SandraArdnas: assumed you mean Your Library in your catalog.
You may be onto something for the collections (standard va custom). There is one more place where custom collections are ignored as if you do not have the books: the touchstones on the side/under a thread - you do not get a check mark if the book is not in a standard collection; you do if it is in one). So this may be caused by the same root cause.

>4 AnnieMod: Did they take away the gray mark? It used to be the gray check designated a custom collection other than the standard collections.

>5 gilroy: That checkmark still exists on author pages, series, awards. It doesn't appear in the touchstones list in the sidebar, as >4 AnnieMod: mentions. I can't say whether it did or didn't exist on lists.

When I look here: https://www.librarything.com/list/45361/themulhern/The-Story-of-the-World-Histor... I see the same number of books in your list as in the LT list. Are you still seeing this problem?

>7 knerd.knitter: There are three tabs: "LibraryThing", "Your List", and "Your Books". The problem that I am having is that not all the books that I have catalogued show up under "Your Books". Under "Your Books" I have only "The Reluctant Dragon" (Read but Unowned) and "Beorn the Proud" (Wishlist). I would like also to see "Who in the World Was the Unready King?" (Unsuitable), "A Street Through Time" (Always Reading), because I have catalogued them both.

Fixed.
