My library includes over 27,000 books. Mostly religion, theology, mystery and history, science-fiction and fantasy. I am currently building up my military and naval history. These are all actual books, no digital components. I was inspired to build a great library by reading about the Bible professor Wilbur M Smith who taught at Fuller Seminary and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. His library numbered about 30,000; I was also influenced by reading about Umberto Eco's personal library as well as the library of Nicholas Basbanes, an author who has written extensively about books and book collecting. Minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ); Currently pastor at Red Oak Christian Church, Greenville, NC and Ayden Christian Church, Ayden, NC in a yoked ministry; also ordained Southern Baptist. Previously, I also taught Social Studies, both American History and Civics, at JH Rose High School in Greenville.
