The book was well written with an attention grabbing cover. It's a good read for anyone looking for a different perspective on spirituality and religion.

God 4.0 is a wonderfully written spiritual book. It offers an alternative way of thinking about spirituality, science and religion. You can tell this book was heavily researched and covers a variety of topics. I highly recommend this book, and the three others before it, to get the full package of not just religion, but spirituality.

Probably as good as any starting point for any would be Martian hoping to understand humans. It's accessible and entertainingly written though some of the science of perception requires a few reads. A good overview of the origins of homo sapiens in terms of Darwinian evolution. Offers an intriguing analysis of how little of the mind is under rational control. Stimulating ideas are put forward as to how we may adapt in the future to overcome humanity's problems. I liked his idea of moving beyond tribalism to a common humanity. A story by Idries Shah is also included in an afterword… (plus d'informations)

Like with most of these books, a little dry at times, and of course some things go over one’s head.
