Blake Crouch is a bestselling novelist and screenwriter. He is the author of the novel, Dark Matter, for which he is writing the screenplay for Sony Pictures. His bestselling Wayward Pines trilogy was adapted into a television series for FOX in 2015. With Chad Hodge, Crouch also created Good afficher plus Behavior, the TNT television show starring Michelle Dockery based on his Letty Dobesh novellas. He has written more than a dozen novels that have been translated into over thirty languages and his short fiction has appeared in several publications including Ellery Queen and Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine. Story of two people who try to change the outcome of a thechnology that will let us preserve our most precious memories. What happens is False Memory syndrome a mysterious affliction that drives the victims mad with memories of a life nerver lived.

My second Crouch novel and as with the first one, it's an enjoyable fast paced sci-fi thriller. But I also got somewhat confused at points. But maybe that was the point :)

I realized that I had finished this book a while back. I let this one sit with me for a bit because I wanted to write an honest review on this one. I had read [a:Blake Crouch|442240|Blake Crouch|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1479398727p2/442240.jpg]'s other book [b:Dark Matter|27833670|Dark Matter|Blake Crouch|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1472119680l/27833670._SY75_.jpg|43161998], and it was also an awesome read! But this book blew me away. It messed with my head and sent me for a trip, let me tell you!

Imagine finding a way to fix your mistakes...Imagine being able to go back and do things differently...maybe asking that guy you had a crush on in college out and finding out that they are person...but then realizing the consequences of those actions comes at a price...a deadly one? Think about how horrible the human race is and that nothing good that every been invented has ever been used for good...rather than evil. The premise, the plot, the story, and the characters...everything! This book is really worth reading. I very rarely get any anxiety from reading books, and I can only think of one other book that has given me those feelings. This one most definitely gave me the feels...in a bad way.

I definitely recommend reading this book! You will not be disappointed.… (plus d'informations)

Dark Matter par Blake Crouch

I liked the concept of multiverse and enjoyed the consequences. However, I found the pace of the story to be too slow. I expected a thriller to be fast paced.

Jason Dessen gets abducted while coming back to home and finds himself in a changed world after regaining consciousness. His home, his wife, his entire life is different than what he remembers. He struggles to understand what happened.
After realizing that this is not his world, he escapes and enters the cube (which is built by another version of Jason in another world). After many failed attempts he is able to enter his original world, but finds that many other versions of himself have also entered it. He now has to find a way to convince his wife and son and take them to safety.
