Jasmine is a waitress who trusted the wrong people and is now pregnant by her ex, so when Blake walks into her life with interest in her she doesn’t quite believe him. She doubts that someone like him could ever see in her and while he says all the right things and is a gentleman she is still doubtful of his intentions. While Blake wants to protect and love her and her child he has his work cut out for him trying to convince Jasmine he means every word he says.
