Description :
Located in the heart of historic downtown Henderson and the
Water Street District, the Gibson Library is within walking distance of City of Henderson offices, art galleries and restaurants. Inside Gibson you will find the Nevada Room which houses numerous materials relating to Nevada and the City of Henderson. Gibson is the headquarters for homebound delivery services, a deposit library program for senior residences, and GED Tutoring.
Throughout the year, Gibson Library is an active participant in many downtown events such as Artfest, Third Thursdays, the annual Chili Cook-off, and the traditional spring parade.
