I cannot imagine any such factual book (as opposed to myths that might incorporate hints of such a time, and books about such myths, and also Christian Identity cult type books that don't believe in the global Flood) about the antediluvian world outside of the Bible and relevant (and small) sections of commentaries on Genesis (such as The Genesis Flood or The Genesis Record), since all but 8 people (all Shemites) were utterly destroyed in the Flood. Also, a few books on Angels have brief mention of their theories on the Nephilim (ex, Those Invisible Spirits Called Angels by Renald Showers). I think Chuck Missler has audios about the Nephilim as well, it's been a while since I listened to them.

As for books about the period after the Flood, After the Flood by Bill Cooper, is as its subtitle says is an "early post-flood history of Europe raced back to Noah." It doesn't have all that much to go on, but at least it has something.
