Ouch. That's a 1988 publication that has been OP for decades. I assume you've looked on eBay.
Are you a member of Ravelry or any other online knitting/crocheting groups? That might be your best shot. (Please don't ask to "share" -- most of these groups get pretty uptight about copyright, though you might be able to begin a conversation in the group, take it private, and make your appeal that way).

which has photos of each design in the book. Decide what features you like for the pattern you want most to make, and try to find an available pattern that comes close. (Ravelry has literally millions of patterns available in its database. Joining is free. I'm a member -- can you tell?) Ravelry also has specific ISO forums for requests like yours. Others may have similar sale/trade sub-groups.
