How to Make Library Cards and use Iphone to Scan for Checkout/Checkin?

I am setting up a home library for fun for my kids. I currently have books in my library on TinyCat. I just need a way so that my kids each have a library card or ID and they can checkout books by scanning their barcodes with iphone. I would like TinyCat to update the checkout status to show who and when the book was checked out. Please, hopefully someone knows how to do this. The tutorials online dont seem to help.

TinyCat does not support mobile scanning at this time*, but you could enable Simple Circulation patron accounts on your TinyCat (check your settings here: https://www.librarycat.org/admin/settings/patronaccounts) and create a shared password that your kids could use to log into the system for checking books out. From there, they'll be able to simply tap-and-select their name/barcode to check a book out for themselves. I hope this helps.
