So I slacked a little this year with this post. But what can I say, it's been a busy year. :)

So we're in late September, meaning people should be gearing up for NaNoWriMo. Just a little over a month away. This is your in house cheerleader, prepping the writing lounge, the snack carts, and the cheering section.

I'm pondering putting my foot back in the pool this year, but November is looking insane as it is.
That said, what's everyone's plan? Do we have people writing here this year?

Do you still want the weekly status posts?
Let's see what direction we go.

I'm planning to do it, or at least attempt it.

Not sure if I'll be very active on any related forums though, I seem to have migrated to the Discord server run by the French Nano team over the last couple years.

I'm in again. I really dithered about it this year - but ultimately I couldn't help myself.

I think I'll be doing similar to last year - which was a bit disjointed but seemed to work. That is, working on two or three things - last year I ended up with two completed short stories (about 20k each) and part of a novel. This year I have a kids book and a possibly YA urban fantasy in mind.
