I am so depressed. All he have to look forward to is death. Well, if you read this book, that would be what you ended up with. I did like it though, in spite of ending on a down note. It just makes me see that the best part of my life is over and I didn't do anything much with it. Poor Daisy. Well, I would still recommend this book. It was the 1995 Pulizer winner.

I bought this after reading Larry's Party, which I loved, and was really disappointed. It didn't do anything for me in the sense that while I can vividly remember Larry and his mazes from reading that book almost two years ago, I can just sort of vaguely remember this one and I only read it at the beginning of the year.
