They are being imported in your LibraryThing catalog, along with much other data. But they're not in the app now.

I'd also love to be able to see and sort by Dewey numbers in the LibraryThing phone app.

Seconded. My books are shelved by Dewey, and finding and replacing books would be so much easier if I could see the same sequence on my phone when standing next to the shelves.

Have you tried using the LT site on your phone's browser, rather than the app? The Your books page has recently changed so that it is much more usable on a phone. You can set up a Style that includes and sorts by DDC.
