Currently reading The Barefoot Lawyer which I got from LibraryThing Early reviewers.

Also reading Dead Reckoning which I got from the library.

I like reading true crime because what some people do to one another is so foreign to me, I want to try to find out how their minds work. The last two I've read are
Shots on the Bridge, not a traditional crime but crimes committed in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and Ghettoside. Both were really interesting, and heartbreaking.

I read it a while ago, but wanted to put in a mention of Safe Harbor, as my parents are friends with a couple of people on the island who were peripheral to (had a part in) the story.

Saw a box in the break room with "FREE BOOKS" written on the flap so I searched it and found "LINES AND SHADOWS" by Joseph Wambaugh.
