A propos de ma bibliothèque
My library consists of books by best-selling authors. I am reading and writing reviews for these books to be able to make better recommendations to patrons in the public library I work in. My reviews are intended to be non-judgmental (except for the ratings) and descriptive. I try to describe certain features in the book that may be important to readers in choosing what they may like to read. The words I use for the tags come from the subdivisions described in the book "Genreflecting" (c. 2000).
A propos de moi
I am a librarian in a public library in South Florida. I don't usually read bestselling fiction books like these, so this is an exciting new interest for me. But I have to admit, I probably wouldn't read them at all except that I have a professional interest in experiencing them first-hand. The books I'd rather read are those that are more meaningful to me. Recent ones I liked are "The Omnivore's Dilemma" and "The Book of Samson."
