I am a fan of Clive Cussler, Dean Koontz, Michael Crichten, and J. K. Rowling. As a teen, I read many science fiction novels, especially those by Ray Bradbury and Andre Norton. My library reflects my varied interests in topics and subjects of history, fiction, and non-fiction. I pick books on their ability to grasp my interest within the first chapter and I never skip ahead to the ending.

Retired Navy senior chief working in the healthcare field in a non-clinical position. Married with a blended family of 6 chilren, all grown. My wife and myself are avid readers and enjoy many of the same books, giving us many hours of enjoyment in discussing them with friends and family.
