Hi! I am a graduate student at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. I'm currently in the clinical psychology ph.d. program (I received my M.A. from the same program in May of 2006), but will soon be transferring to the speech communication program, because it is much more friendly to feminist and interdisciplinary approaches to research (and thinking). I'm also in the women's studies graduate certificate program. I went to Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois for undergrad, and received a B.A. in psychology and English literature, with minors in women's studies and political science. I'm working on becoming a militant activist for women's rights, and I'm getting married to a sailor in June of 2008. When I grow up, I want to be a college professor. :)
