A propos de ma bibliothèque: Truly, it is fairly modest--I don't feel like I need to own so many books when I have an entire public library at my fingertips every day. But I do collect certain stuff. Pretty much every edition in every language of every book written by Richard Powers; Sierra Club books, which I think are beautiful; and songbooks. Can't have enough songbooks.
A propos de moi: I'm a retired librarian living in Sonoma County, California. I retired from the Benicia PUblic Library, where I was Director from 2017-2021. I was, in a previous librarian incarnation, head of cataloging for the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. I'm the author of three books about the Grateful Dead.

My main other interests are woodworking, music, and Unitarian Universalism. I am very active in my local congregation, The Unitarian Universalists of Petaluma.
