A propos de moi

I grew up in Norris, Tennessee and went to Antioch College in the 60s. When I left Antioch, I moved to Washington, DC, and I've been here ever since. For most of the past half a century, I've worked for nonprofit "public interest" groups, initially groups focusing on rural poverty, now for an organization that's pressing for affordable health care for all. My husband Joel, a former college professor and author, and i live near Dupont Circle.
