An eclectic collection of good fiction (mostly by dead authors), history, science, non-fiction, biography. I am up to about 3,000 volumes now -- bookcases in every room, especially since I marrie my wife four years ago, as she is also a reader.

Devoted reader and professional writer, age 59. Have been a daily newspaper reporter, humor columnist, ad copy writer, speechwriter for the governor of my state. Two published books -- IN THEIR NAME, the oral history of the 1995 OKC bombing, and a pictorial and text tour of the governors mansions of the states. Many published pieces in magazines and newspapers.
