Seriously - No BS. Caloric restriction is apparently a good way to live longer. Just ask any colorie restricted lab animal right before they kill it to examine its' organs. Remarkably well preserved, even for a dead mouse. Starving them also keeps down expenses. This might work for you too. I should also mention the author hasn't eaten in years and he hasn't gotten a day older. Of course he is dead. I hope this diet works out better for you.
