Anton Strout was a sales manager, author, and podcaster. He was born on January 24, 1970 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. He attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, studying English, Communications and Theater. He graduated in 1993. For 22 years he worked for Penguin Random House in sales. afficher plus Science fiction and fantasy genres were his focus. His written works included two series, the Simon Canderous series and the Spellmason Chronicles, along with short stories and his blog. Dead to Me: 1 (Simon Canderous Novel) par Anton Strout

Not bad. Can tell its his first book though. Needs to build a more cohesive setting and keep the focus more on the main character. His jokes are a bit strained and the suspense factor is choppy. I'm not saying don't read it though. Good Fantasy candy.

A surprisingly thin plot with a bit of humor n the mix. I can see this author getting better with more books, so I'll keep an eye open for others in the series.

Simon is dealing with emotional hangover from a dead tattoo artist and Jane is looking for more of a commitment. The case involves a reincarnated professor and a Greek demigoddess. What is the price he will pay to stop him? All the while the budget cuts are really cramping their style.
