A beautifully illustrated book about everything tree related (not just leaves, roots, heights, oldest, endemic, but treehouse, wooden art and buildings, family frees, tree monsters, etc.) This book could be geared toward children as young as 2 or 3 with adult readers grabbing a sentence or two to explain some the imagery. A reader with patience of 8 to 10 will read it on their own with no issues. I recommend a map with book for reference as well as an adult or app for pronounciation help. One thing that bothered me was I felt some people drawn were stereotypically. But again illustrations are wonderful.… (plus d'informations)

Elsősorban gyerekeknek szóló könyv a méhekről és a méhészetről. Az ára mellett a mérete is terjedelmes. Elsőre meglepő a 38 cm-es lapmagasság, különösen, hogy fellapozva oldalanként 10 sornyi szöveget találunk, felette rajz tölti ki a teret. Viszont ezek a rajzok aranyosak és nagyon informatívak, szinte fényképszerűen pontosak.
Rengeteg információt kapunk, de a szöveg mennyisége nem nyomja el az olvasót, mert sok minden a képek alapján derül ki pontosan.
A lengyel szerző láthatóan szeretettel nyúlt a témához és elég sok olyasmit is leírt, ami felnőttnek is újdonság. Különösen érdekesnek találtam a középkori méhészeti módszerek bemutatását.… (plus d'informations)
