"The Umbrella" is a wordless picture book perfect for any age group. It is full of animals, scenery, nature, and illustrations. Anyone can come up with a story for what is happening throughout the book. It is easy to follow along with and to create a story personal to the reader. The illustrations are very vivid and allow anyone to dive right into the story and narrate what is happening.

First I'd like to say I really liked this book. The illustrations are very well done and very engaging. The book is about a dog whom is blown away on his umbrella by the wind. His adventures take him many places including the safari, the ocean, and the jungle. The book will keep nonreaders and readers engaged with its whimsical illustrations and plot. The message behind this book is to allow children to explore enviroments they may not be familar with alongside the dog without ever leaving the book.… (plus d'informations)

The illustrations are especially important since there are no words and the meaning is meant to be drawn from the illustrations. I loved the details included so that each time someone going through this picture book they may notice something else and could possibly change the story they've created!… (plus d'informations)
