Critiques

A hideous and offensive book dedicated to the proposition that the Eight-hour men of 1886 were guilty of the murderous conspiracy for which four of them were legally murderd]ed in 1887. The bias in the books shouldn't be exactly surprsising, as Chicago Police Captain Schaack is now known to have beenm one of the principal architects of this infamous frame-up. It is worh noting that despite his faithful service to the ruling class, he couldn't save himself from his own dishonesty and ineptitude, being cashiere shortlt after the publication of this immense volume.½
