This had the potential to be a really good story but as it's so short there is no time to 'beef it out'.
The Hero goes on a date the month before reconnecting with the heroine.
He goes put hoping to hook up but doesn't meet anyone.
During separation he has obviously dated but there are no details for either of them.
No intimate scenes with anyone other than the Hero and heroine.
HEA.
