The Art of Harmony With Nature and Lunar Cycles

This book is nothing short of impressive. I was totally fascinated as I got in touch with how they incorporated nature, astrology and the moons cycles into this wonderful reference book that makes a lot of sense. It even shows how to calculate biorhythms and how to interpret them and use them in a beneficial way. It goes into the key moon phases and positions and how it relates to healing.
The authors even teach us about lunar living, with many helpful suggestions to a happy, healthy and well balanced life. I even learned what can emotionally cause varicose veins and the best times and ways to improve the condition. I had never come across a book like this before and it has totally opened my eyes even more to the many different tools God has given us on our journey. I would recommend this book to anyone at any phase of their spiritual journey.
