In the conclusion of Slater and Arley’s story we get o much more in depth look at their relationship and the things going on with the threat against Arley. Slater and Arley together is amazing with the banter they have and the fierce way Slater would do absolutely any and everything for her had my heart falling in love. As they are still hunting the person out to hurt Arley the passion between them is off the charts while the twists and suspense had me on the edge of my seat seeing how it would all play out. This book picks up after Shatterproof. I really enjoyed this book much more. This is because there was pure action and Arley and Slater were more comfortable with each other. The witty banter still continued. I love Arley's family, especially her father. Slater took all the grilling questions like a professional and got her father's approval.

The spice was turned up in this book but like I said before so was the action. Arley did win me over and she is one tough cookie. She is a good partner with Slater. Their love is evident. We also get to discover who is trying to kill Arley. There is an HEA.… (plus d'informations)

Can't Block My Love is a hilarious, charming spicy, quick read. OMG. Right from the beginning I was laughing. Cheers to the hockey coach for not dealing with Remington's attitude. Rem did need to be dropped down a few pegs to show he is not the God that most women think he is. I say "most" as Poppy sure was not falling for Rem's charm.

Try as she might, Poppy could only hold out so long. the chemistry between Rem and Poppy was heating up. There definitely were some steamy scenes. I thought that Poppy and Rem were evenly matched. She helped keep him in check and he showed her how to let loose a bit and have fun. I look forward to getting my hockey romance fix by reading the next book in this series.… (plus d'informations)
