Choosing the audiobook over the printed edition was the way to go on this one. It's an easy listen. I chose to read it because it was part of my library's "Big Listen." The author seemed to be trying to explore the ideas of security and life choices and finding acceptance with a different lifestyle than she had planned. The writing was okay. I was, however, incredibly frustrated reading the story of this woman who had taken no responsibility to understand her financial situation and just moved through her life letting others make decisions and handle things for her. Maybe it could be read as a cautionary tale for young women?… (plus d'informations)
