This is the third and final book in the Jupie series, where Spring arrives and life gets busy for both Jean and Jupie. Ground Hog wakes up, Robin returns from the South, Cow has a baby, and Jupie goes fishing with disastrous results. Nostalgic and enjoyable read.

Jupie's friend, Jean, is sick, so he and the other woodland creatures make her tea, clean her house, and entertain her with stories. Cute and sweet story, but not too sweet.

Heartwarming story of Jupie the cat who adopts pet human Jean to come live with him in the red house. The cat performed many human things during the course of the book, but it's an imaginative story children of yesteryear probably enjoyed immensely. It still holds appeal for cat enthusiasts.

An tale of a cat who lives by himself in a tiny red house, until one day he finds a roommate. It's a bit slow by today's standards, old fashioned, but I did enjoy it. Note: skip the preface.
