This one, because it *is* beguilingly written (by a physicist), kept my sense/nonsense discriminator in a dither for quite a while. Argues that quantum weirdness requires us to adopt a new paradigm of reality based on the ideas of Plato, Plotinus, and Alfred North Whitehead. (I had not heard of Whitehead's "process philosophy" before, and I still don't understand it at all.) There have been a number of past attempts -- strongly scorned by such top-tier physicists as Steven Weinberg and Murray Gell-Mann -- to use quantum mechanics to justify *Eastern* mysticism. I think that using it to justify *Western* mysticism is just as bad.… (plus d'informations)
