Great book on the repentance process but be sure to finish it. If you just read the first half you will be stuck in guilt!
Nice collection. I must admit that I skipped the sections by Education Week Favorites... That wasn't what I was looking for this time around. I kind of wish that the compiler had included the original dates/locations of the discourses.
I liked it. I was surprised at the continuity-- I was expecting the regular compilation but it seemed to flow really well. Of course, if you've read/listened to his previous works you might find some repetition. But it had been a while so it didn't bother me.
A small booklet, much like an extended fireside address, using a modern parable to detail the dangers of letting doubts and grudges and bad habits settle in our hearts like an iron wedge left carelessly in the cleft of a tree, which became overgrown and forgotten, and caused the trunk to split in a storm.
