I picked up the variant cover because it was done by the amazing Maria Llovet. Great 1st issue! I came for the cover but the story is what is making me stay. Can't wait to see what issue 2 brings.
1st issue was definitely better. Devyn better get it together soon, she is running out of hops.

The main characters are all LGBTQ+ women, but the book seems aimed at the male gaze as those women spend a lot of time naked. Well, the cis women have their boobs on display a lot; the trans woman not so much . . .
