I'm feeling like buying this for the one part that I have a complaint about. This has a comprehensive list of spices at the beginning with what the characters, notes, and what version to buy, and it's a good lot of information, but the font in this is smaller than the surrounding font, for such valuable information it should be bigger.

The recipes, skimmed through, are luscious food porn, a variety of cultural origins all showing some of his Indian heritage but several also showing his love of Ireland and Irish food.

The photographs are splendid and several made me drool, I think this may go on my wishlist to buy.… (plus d'informations)
