Grounding Human Rights in a Pluralist World… par Grace Y. Kao
Reviews a particularly challenging, yet interesting problem in the field of human rights. Although I'm unconvinced she arrives at a particularly helpful conclusion (it lacks any real specificity to the useful, I think, but it does splash around in the right end of the pool), the earlier chapters provide some useful overviews of competing viewpoints (her discussions on Rawls and Nussbaum are especially helpful summaries).
