"Ciara L. Hill, is a licensed child and family therapist in Washington, DC, a National Board-Certified Counselor and a Human Services- Board Certified Practitioner. Ciara is a proud HBCU alumna of Delaware State University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She also has a afficher plus graduate degree in Community Counseling. Once a traveling "military brat" due to her father's enlistment in the US Army, she was introduced early on to different cultures and the importance of embracing diversity.
