Sequel to Busted! After Howie and Will accidentally dinted an old man's Mercedes in Busted, they are sent to work cleaning cars in his car yard. There Will takes an instant dislike to another worker called Stan who seems to be acting very suspicously. But Stan is also the car yard owner's son-in-law and Howie and Will will have to prove he is up to no good before anyone will believe them. Will they get caught in the Stakeout?

Howie and Will are two bladers who are having fun skating around town. The trouble begins when Howie accidentally slams into a Mercedes when he loses control and causes a huge dint in the side panel. The two friends don' t do the right thing but instead skate away hoping that no-one saw them. But when they finally go home they know they are "busted" because the merc is parked in the driveway!
