2024 movie #49. 1984. Gibson is on death row in a 1901 prison. The prison warden's wife, Mrs Soffel (Keaton) falls for him and helps him escape. Apparently based on a true story. A movie desperately in need of some emotional spark, Keaton and Gibson had no chemistry.

Based on the book by Louisa May Alcott. The March sisters: responsible Meg, tempestuous Jo, tender Beth, and romantic Amy, are growing up in Concord, MA during and after the American Civil War. Their father is fighting in the war and, with their strong-willed mother, Marmee, they struggle with major and minor problems in 19th-century New England.

Louisa May Alcott's autobiographical account of her life with her three sisters in Concord, Massachusetts in the 1860s. With their father fighting in the American Civil War, sisters Jo, Meg, Amy and Beth are at home with their mother, a very outspoken woman for her time. The story tells of how the sisters grow up, find love, and find their place in the world.
Rated PG for two uses of mild language
