Alain C. Diebold

Alain C. Diebold is Senior Fellow, International SEMATECH, Austin, Texas. The coeditor of three books, and the author or coauthor of more than 100 book chapters, technical and industry publications, and invited presentations, Dr. Diebold is a member of the American Vacuum Society, the Materials afficher plus Research Society, the Electrochemical Society, and the American Society for Testing and Materials. He received the B.S. degree (1975) from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis, Indiana, and the Ph.D. degree (1979) from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. afficher moins
