Not bad. Captivating once you get through the 1st few chapters. My biggest issue was that I didn't like any of the characters.

I like Romance, but not the sticky erotic on every page, and I was glad this wasn't one of them. This only had a couple scenes, and they weren't overdone, it felt natural. I started this book a day ago and I'm finished now, which is sad. I wanted to actually stay in this world longer, as my hometown isn't half as exciting as this world. I can't tell how many pages it was either, only locations on Kindle to PC for some reason.

I admit, I didn't know if I'd like it at first. The main character sounded like a flingy woman always having affairs, but as I got to know her, I started seeing holes in that reasoning. Later on, the truth is revealed about that. Our other main character Caleb is well...To quote the book 'greek god meets cowboy.' Favorite line, hands down. If you're looking for pulsating action adventure scenes, this probably won't fit. If you like Romance with some suspense though, this is it.
Cloud nine-5-I loved this book, it was so different and refreshing. I saw paranormal romance and thought 'okay, here we go again,' but the description caught me. It was unusual not like a vampire or a demon. The love interests? A guardian, who first surfaces as a cloud. Yes, a cloud. The point of view changes between our cloud guardian Sterling, who changes to a human to accompany his charge's want. Like a guardian angel, or a fairy god mother, he is supposed to be there to make her life easier.

However, that's not really what happens. This doesn't turn into a wishing genie fiction, it becomes a romance. That romance leads to trouble, for the both of them. When I reached the end and saw there was another book in the series I about leaped for joy. I can't wait to read Book II when it comes out.:)
If you are into opposing viewpoints and men/women doing the polar opposites then coming together, this book might not be for you. If you are looking for a soothing romance, then it probably is. Foul language is rare in this book, and it's a pleasant read that will give you funny tingles.

Good entertainment read. Characters were thin but, ending with emotional get together was satisfying. Guess I'm starting to appreciate Chik Lit

Easy to read, easy to forget.
The plot was rather thin and overdone- she's an ex-model and current beard for some sort of shady kingpin of... something. you never really do find out. He's a Harley driving ex-special forces sniper who is called on to be her bodyguard as a favor. Of course it is love at first sight, even with all the secrets both sides are holding.

It wasn't a bad book, but there was nothing to make it stand out for me.
