This is a good addition to the Barefoot Bay series. I enjoyed the personalities given to the main characters. Leslie & Owen decided what they each wanted & went for it but in different ways. The relationship between Leslie & Owen is stronger than friendship although they each seem clueless as to the others feelings. The writer does an excellent job of creating a connection between the reader & the characters within the confines of the novella. Great read! Harpers is a computer geek that has developed a computer program that can find a persons perfect match. They are actually using it for a reality dating game called Perfect Match. It's accurate 99% of the time with the only time it was wrong being when someone lied on the profile. All couples matched are still together. Luke Chapman is the young head of an investing group Harper would like to approach about backing to take her program mobile & inexpensive. The thing is, he's the next eligible bachelor on the show. Harper begins to question her program when she sees who is picked as Luke's perfect match--HER! She determines that there must be a glitch, removes her data & runs it again, gaining a new match. Although it isn't as perfect as the others, she decides to go with it until she experiences the chemistry between her & Luke. Is the program wrong? Should she tell? Will there be another happy ending?

I really enjoyed this book! EmKay manages to make geeks sexy & hot! The characters are fully developed & believable. The plot moves quickly & delivers its point that the heart rules over the head every time. First, the concept completely pulls you into the story & then the twists & human interactions combine to keep you reading. This was a humorous take on the romance in the dating games & sites. This was the first book I have read by EmKay & I'm going to be looking for more. Great addition to this Kindle World!… (plus d'informations)
