Not sure what project I was involved with when I acquired this cookbook, but my earliest markers are strips of drywall tape - in any case, this is an excellent fall-back cookbook for all sorts of tried and true tasty things. From the Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars (p.95) to the Applesauce Muffins (p.149) - mustn't forget the Zucchini Patties (p.207), either - this is a stand-by on my cookbook rack. Although I would caution thorough reading of each recipe through before starting - more than one is missing an ingredient from the list that's called for in the directions.… (plus d'informations)
