Very useful for retired officers and all those who wish to keep abreast of naval matters. The commercial publisher, Newsdesk Media, has let down the Royal Navy though and I hope they do a lot better next year (if they've not been sacked). The female editor writes her introduction as if she is part of the Naval Service - hopeless editing!
