Hi, my name is Ruth and I have a few* toys.
I have a laundry basket of dinosaurs.
There is a dollhouse in the basement waiting for renovations.
I might have a few* action figures on my shelves in front of the books.
Tea party? We’re all set, including the fake food.
Well, I do have grandchildren. And they can play all they want with my toys. In fact, I supply them with more toys at their homes than their parents appreciate.
Oh, and I have a huge wooden barn and animals that I need to drag out. Grandbaby will be here next weekend.

My name is Lee. I'm afraid I have more toys than is good for me. I couldn't bear to throw away many of the toys my kids had, but I finally have a grandchild for an excuse!
Puppets, mostly Sesame Street (grandson hates them, but we are working on it! ), little Hotwheel cars, bigger Chevron cars, about every plastic mammal, reptile, amphibian, insect, bird and dinosaur ever made (or it seems like it), LotR and Star Wars figurines, I still have a few special dolls, although I have most of my collection away to my nieces. Tea sets, Legos. A huge tub of Legos. Puzzles, games, wooden trains (those are my husband's) and stuffed animals.

I am Clare. I have more figures than I can display with my current bookshelf arrangement, and a lot of them (but not all) were gifts.

I'm Nancy. I'm a children's librarian and storyteller, now retired.
I still have dolls, animals, and props I used in storytelling. I have 6 crates of animal puppets; also musical instruments, puzzels and games. I have wooden blocks, brio and electric trains, tea set and wooden barn with farm animals. And hundreds of children's books.
Some of these were my son's toys. I have 4 little grandies, ages 3-9, who play with them now.
I am wanting to move within the next year and it is time to weed out some of this, but I'm having separation anxiety about my precious stuff!

>4 nrmay: Heh heh. Yeah, I just moved it all to the current house over the last two years. I had the bonus of getting to babysit my youngest grand that first year. We had such great times. I’m always adding one or two more items and she zeroes in on them first thing. Let’s see if she does this weekend. I picked up a horse trailer second hand yesterday.
