Many of the gluten-free books on the market at the moment are from the US and many of the grains are unavailable or difficult to obtain. This is from the UK and therefore the ingredients are more available and therefore probably better for someone who has difficulty finding some of these grains or early on in the diet.
I like many of the recipies, Phil makes them easy and quick and not too involved. I have to admire him for realising that there was a gap in the market, accidentally making a gluten-free product and then following up with his research on this diet. I haven't tried any of the recipies yet but I'm looking forward to it.… (plus d'informations)
